Joining JW Cafe for me it’s like destiny. For the last 10 years, JW Cafe has become a part of my life, much like my spiritual children. Every corner of the restaurant is filled with memories I shared with my team, my beloved and familiar customers. As a restaurant manager, I believe I need to work harder so that the JW Cafe team can achieve more success !

I believe that learning and innovation are the most important factors for all the years I worked at JW Cafe. Along with giving my guests amazing service experiences, I hope that my enthusiasm for my work and for my team members' can inspire people around me.

I have been working in JW Café for 7 years and up until now the quote 'success is always in detail' is my motivation. I am the type of person who pays attention to even the smallest details. I want to motivate our new staff by emphasizing that attention to detail and comprehension are necessary to provide service that exceeds expectations. I love my second home - JW Café!
